Trinity Memorial, Warren, PA

Trinity Memorial Church in Warren, PA installed a new priest-in-charge yesterday. Our retired priest and I had sold cookies there two years in a row awhile back but I was never inside the building. I regret not getting a photo of the new man but someone was always in the way.

The Right Reverend Sean Rowe encouraged us to be missionaries.

If you take a close look at the image of Christ behind the altar (with a slightly irreverent mindset) you'll see why it is sometimes called "Bowling Jesus"
LOL

It would be hard to look at the altar and not see the bowling ball or bomb or whatever.

I'm a member at Trinity Memorial Episcopal church, Warren, PA and a historian for the church, I noticed that you mentioned regretting not getting a photo of "the new man because someone was always in the way" If you send me a private message through the DIapers & Such facebook page (the url I added with my name) I can get you a photo of Fr. Matthew Scott if he is the "new guy" based on the date of your post, I suspect he might have been "the new guy" you mentioned in your post.
Diapers & Such is a ministry at Trinity Memorial that I founded in 2013 and is still going strong in 2022. If you are okay with a photo of a newspaper clipping of Fr. Matthew Scott I could take a pic of a clipping with his photo that is hanging on the timeline of Trinity's history on the parlor wall.
