Now that I'm a real "Piskie", I'm wondering if I should change my blog name PseudoPiskie to something else. I believe it was Jane who commented that we are all a little "pseudo". I'm tempted to keep it but also to change. Should I keep PseudoPiskie? If not, what should I choose? For those of you who do not already know, my name is Shelley.
(update) I still can't find the reference but I believe it was either Margaret or Lisa who said we are all pseudo...

Did you want to keep the nice double-P thing going?
I'm open to all suggestions. Well, knowing some of my "friends", maybe I should limit my considerations... hee
Honestly, it took me a year to "get" your name. Just when the light came on, you're contemplating a change. Well, that's life, I guess. In was fun to be "in the know" for awhile. Here's some dumb suggestions:
PymaPiskie
PiskiePennPal
Epistlepalian
OK, I'll quit now.
You know already if I were you, I'd leave it as is. Unless, of course, you wake up some day and a great one just hits you. Then again, I haven't even moved the furniture in my house for nine years. When I put it there, other than a little sliding around to vacuum under it, it stays.
I suggested some things on Facebook, one of which was PiskiePiskie.
Keeps the double-P going, Tracie. :-)
And I don't remember saying we are all a little pseudo, but that doesn't mean I didn't say it.
EpiscoShel
I like EpiscoShel that Sharecroper offered.
Congrats on becoming a "real" piskie! Knowing the crowd you run with, I'd be careful asking for suggestions.
I'm not too clever at names, but I like the PiskiePiskie or Renz's suggestion of Pseudo-PeudoPiskie.
Wow, I never even thought about this particular dilemma.
How about NouveauPiskie? It doesn't have the double P, but it's sort of rhythmically the same.
If we are voting -- I vote you keep it. What would you become the RealPseudoPiskie or the PseudoRealPiskie.
Heh...
Well, I vote for keeping it, and if you decide not to, I vote with pseudo-PseudoPiskie.
You're a p-poppin-piskie!
Pseudo PseudoPiskie? It is a thought.
FWIW

I love Pseudo-PseudoPiskie but it is waaaaaay too much to type.
I've always liked the name Raul.
Ruth's idea will work if you simply add a "p":
NouveauPiskie to PnouveauPiskie.
Maybe I'll change my name to PeskiePiskie or even PsychoPiskie, which sounds like a song by the Talking Heads, and may be more appropriate for A Certain Priest At Another Blog. But I digress. . .
