My WV beliefnet/blogger/Facebook friend Janis's father died this evening after a long vigil. He was an artist. You can learn more about him here. I met him once. He was a fellow scotch drinker with a great sense of humor. May Janis, her mother and the rest of the family find peace.Please Godde, don't allow the funeral on Thursday!

I will follow your link and read more, but a scotch drinker with a great sense of humor sure sounds like my kind of people (and Jim's). Sorry to lose two at once. If the funeral is Thursday, please go wherever your heart takes you. So sorry for Janis's loss.
